Why do you need to go to all that trouble when there is already a walk through on how to find all the eggs?

 

Personally, I find using a walk through cheating and found all the eggs myself. That last one was a pain that took close to 3 weeks, but it was an amazing egg and the sense of achievement was even a bigger high!

Got my Atarimax today. Bad news is I would have to take apart the homebrew carts to dump because the dump attachment doesn't have tabs to open the cover over the contacts.

You can use a toothpick or similar to open the dust cover on the cart, no need to take it apart.

In any case, please don't post the rom unless you got permission from the author!

I am not gonna post a rom. Even if I dumped and saw the graphics for the easter egg I still wouldn't know how to get it in game. I couldn't disassemble the code and reverse engineer it

dumped it and didn't see anything in bithacker except what I already found. I suspect you need to get the skull from the skeleton in the haunted house somehow because that is what you needed to win return to haunted house and there is a message on the first floor of the haunted house that says play return to haunted house. Oh and Chetiry won't dump. I tried dumping it as a 32k bankswitched cart and got garbage on the screen when I tried to run it in stella.

I took photos of things I saw in bithacker and don't know if I should post them. Can't even disassemble this game cause it's too big. I have tried 100s of things to get the last easter egg and nothing. Some are

 

 

using objects to walk through the text in the haunted house map

carrying the skeleton with the bat.

using bridge to cross over walls in the stairway screens.

touching the skeleton with every object.

holding the magnet over the walls in the haunted house map.

trying to get to the right side of the floor 1 stairway

tried putting dot and objects in text rooms and then crossing the text.

using the bridge to cross the text.

and so on.

 

Sad that I am the only one trying to find it.

I think you have to walk through and or lead the skeleton through the text in the haunted house map section of game 3. Who are Matthew Johnson and Jonathan Rose? They aren't listed in the special thanks section at the front of the manual which I have been using to determine the order to pass through the names with Play Return to Haunted House being the last as it is the last credit in the manual on page 3.

It's worth it except that ultimate easter egg which will never be found without rom hacking.
