toptenmaterial
I'm looking for a decent Intellivision emulator. I have a little underpowered netbook running Windows 7 Starter. Wondering how button mapping mght work, though that hasn't been an issue with Coleco emulation in my experience. Really all I want to do is play a little Shark! Shark! +DZ-Jay
I use jzIntv, but it is not for the faint of heart. It is a command-line tool, and mostly designed for programmers to test their games. However, it is as far as I know the most accurate of all in its simulation of the hardware, and because of this it is compatible with every single game made. That said, most people prefer Nostalgia because it is easier to setup and use. jzIntv may seem byzantine to the uninitiated (and that command-line console can be intimidating), but be sure that you'll find plenty of people here to help you. -dZ.
