I'd be a lot better at Pac-Man if I could just figure out how to not suck! Seriously, I never 'got' this game in terms of patterns, different ghost 'personalities', etc.. still like to play, though. For shits and giggles, I tried starting on the key level. Managed to clear the first screen but got a measly 9190 points, more than half of that was from eating a key for 5K. Yikes. +therealbountybob Posted February 13, 2013 Author Share Posted February 13, 2013 and I didn't even know he was knighted Played Pac-Man (PAL) to warm up then Aracde ver which was much more intense but fun that you can hunt down the ghosts so quickly then had a go on Sir Pac-Man; not a bad version gets very zippy, but you have to watch out for the ghosts nabbing you round the turns Like the way the ghosts 'explode' out of the house after you! So my strategy is to bet 300 or 600 and hope i get lucky enough to win a few hands in a row. Not on Altirra anyway. My first posted score was when I was playing inadvertently in NTSC mode. With Jet Boot Jack there was a definite difference between PAL and NTSC modes.
