Strange Oscar's Trash Race?

Wow, they actually released that game in Germany? I admit, I'm a bit surprised.

 

I got the "MADE IN TAIWAN" copy for an US store, so I don't know which region (NTSC/PAL) it is.

 

But I also have the German release of "Snoopy and the Red Baron". It has price sticker on the front (79 German Mark) and a sticker from Atari Germany on the back.

There is another strange fact about Oscar's Trash Race. It was finished just after Alpha Beam and before Big Bird. So why were the other 3 kids games released together in 9/1983 and Oscar then delayed until 2/1984?

Perhaps because the first version of Oscar's Trash Race was quite different from the later version?

What do you mean? It looks like the game concept didn't change after the first mockups and Oscar was finished in 5/1983, so why the delayed released?
