MaPa
Hi, here is our another production. Quick intro for newest number of czech diskette magazine called FLOP. Idea + gfx + msx by PG, scroll text by Fandal and coded by me. It's PAL only. It runs on NTSC with some gfx glitches, at least what I can tell from running in emu. flop56.xex Flop 56 intro.zip Edited April 15, 2013 by MaPa
José Pereira
Once again you did it! Just amazing! Psst: for when a same oustanding looking game?

pps
looking at the pictures reminds me a bit to my bouncing scroller - seen in Abbuc intro 100. But at least you did another nice effect using the upper and lower bar. Can't wait to have a look at your piece of work. Sad enough no one seems to have coded a a8 emulator for my symbian device. pps
Ahh, had time to watch the thing on altirra. The scrolling chains, the bouncing scroll, the nice choice of colours, the music - the whole thing needs some        another one for the shadow of the font. Well done. Looks a lot like ST intros from 90s -> retro style cool btw: I remembered a bit wrong - my bouncing scroll was Abbuc Intro 79 and in 100 there is a bouncing and changing logo text. pixelmischief
Fantastic. Amazing. Wowsers. Tell me, would it have been possible to darken and lighten the bottom of the FLOP and top of the 56 in sync with the chess board obscuring and moving away from them? It's just that the animation is so smooth on every other component of the scene that the static state of those two components - right in the middle of everything else - is conspicuously "frozen". MaPa
Surely possible.
+therealbountybob
Just loaded this on my XE , WOW! Fantastic work guys  Perhaps someone could chain together the best flop intros into a demo of their own one day [same for abbuc etc]
