Algus
Inspired by the gaming collection regrets topic: what's your oldest save game data. I've still got some files on a PS1 card from the late 90s. Mostly for SaGa Frontier. Last I checked, a few of my SNES carts still had good batteries so I've got data from the mid 90s there. I've got almost all my PS2 data going back to the PS2 launch. Wish I still had my Starcraft files. I was fastidious in building up my mod collection and transferred it between several machines but I ended up losing it (I think...it could be on my Compaq from 2003)
Uzumaki
1985-ish I have some C64 games saved on floppy disks, I'm not sure if it's still intact or not. I also have the gold Legend of Zelda that still have the battery saved data.
Gabriel
I'm not sure which one is older. I still have saves on my Wizardry: Knight of Diamonds NES cart and Shining Force Genesis cart from back in the day. I'm thinking the Shining Force save is probably older, because I didn't buy an NES until the top loader came out in 1994.
goldenegg
I still have save game files for Hugo's House of Horrors
Galeforcerm
Sonic adventure is probably the oldest I have. It was my first system you could save on other than pc. I still have the same vmu's that I bought with my dreamcast on launch day.
jaybird3rd
I still have some Atari 800 saves which date back to about 1982: Lode Runner levels, Zork saves, and some files created in Koala Draw, BASIC, Logo, and Atari Music Composer. They're all on the original 5.25-inch floppies, most of which still work perfectly.

fiddlepaddle
Somewhere around here, I think I have a core dump from 1974 of a Star Trek time-sharing game on paper tape...
sqoon
1988 - NES Legend of Zelda, various stages throughout the game, which I eventually beat.
shadow460
I have passwords from Survival Island I wrote down in 1984. As for save files, I probably have some from Virtual On: Operation Moongate that were written in 1997.
Taskmaster99
Still have the original saves for quite a few games. A few that come to mind are The Legend of Zelda, Adventure of Link and Link to the Past.
