+grips03
here is pcb5. Yes I did not wire in the keyboard, but the connectors are present and it works fine Here are the changes: Xilinx CPLD JST connectors on PCB for keypad, buttons, and joystick this PCB runs off single AA battery - still might end up with 9v or 4xAA added 2.0mm JTAG header I need to clean up some minor things, but its getting close I already have PCB6 on order - should be here in a week or two most likely production will be pcb7 Edited August 10, 2013 by grips03
+grips03
I ran new battery calculations with the Torex dc to dc boost converter, and if this is right then single AA should be good for ~1200 or more hours use, even with reverse polarity protection. +cmart604
I honestly don't really understand the significance of what I'm looking at....that said, it looks awesome.
+grips03
I honestly don't really understand the significance of what I'm looking at....that said, it looks awesome. Its the 7th revision of the pcb for the controller. It contains the connectors for the keypad, buttons, joystick and logic to covert to common ground (arcade type controls) to format Intv likes. I've left the controller on for the past 5 days and it still works fine.

+grips03
I brought the cases to milling shop and after looking at it for a bit we figured I need to make a jig to hold the case for the side cut (battery holder). I should be able to make this over the next week. Single AA battery is still working after 8 days of leaving the controller on.
