DaytonaUSA
I hope Nintendo fires Luigi, everyone knows he sexually assaulted Peach at the company Christmas party last year. The most messed up thing in the Mushroom Kingdom: in Mario Sunshine, Bowser Jr sales he's Peach's child. The fact she is inclined to believe him instead of calling out the bluff immediately implies Bowser rapped her during the last kidnap. I never knew Bowser was a rapper. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uzy8MRdFOuQ We all know Peach's "kidnappings" are just role play fantasies. Osgeld
By way of not marketing at all lol. Remember how much they pushed the Wii? I do, too. Remember all those ads for the Wii U you've seen? Me neither. heh, I dont shop for modern games much, all I have is a Wii, but it actually caught me off guard at walmart looking for a wii game, I saw the U and thought to myself, "I forgot that even existed" and kept walking
+wood_jl
The "meager" (relative) power of the Wii may lend itself to future price cuts that the PS4/Xbone can't match for some time....if Nintendo chooses to do it. Some awesome 1st-party releases that the PS4/Xbone won't have would certainly help.....if Nintendo manages to do it. Put significant price cuts and significant exclusive releases together, and the Wii U can possibly turn around. Personally, I'm waiting for both, as they'd resurrect the allure of the original Wii. Trouble is, the thing is growing old with little excitement and fanfare. Hope it's not too late.
Atariboy
Two things that I wish they would do would be to start supporting 5.1 surround sound in their 1st party games and provide a pillarboxing option for Wii mode beyond switching all the way back to 480p. I don't have any personal experience here, but the hardware is fully capable of 5.1 surround sound and 3rd party titles regularly have supported it. But so far from the complaints I've read, Nintendo has forgone actually supporting 5.1 surround sound in their own games and users just get stereo audio instead, And provide an option to pillarbox Wii Mode for 4:3 games such as Wii Virtual Console releases. As the Wii U stands today, it automatically stretches everything in Wii mode to 16:9 proportions during the HD upscaling process. So the only 4:3 content that is correctly displayed when your Wii U is set to HD are the handful of games like Super Mario All-Stars with anamorphic widescreen modes to switch to where the title pillarboxes itself. Surely there's an easy way to fix that one. Edited August 21, 2013 by Atariboy

I'm getting really spoiled playing classic games, especially N64 ones, on the Ouya, as those games actually have proper display settings so that everything is 4:3.
