What one-of-a-kind Intellivision items do you have?

Recommended Posts

^^but I won't sell my Peritel Intellivision. I'm ok to trade them, not to sell them.

I just visited your website (nice one!), funny, you're talking about my auction "Mine Storm II" and FYI, I found another this week !! :-o

Thanks for the compliment. I wish I had more time to write articles and highlight other interesting auctions. Can't believe you found another Minestorm 2. I wonder if they were more prevalent in Europe vs. the US.

Is the Peritel Intellivision just a French version of the regular intellivision? Does it work on US voltage? Finally, Scalpel not sure if you have an extra CIB, or what in particular you would be looking to trade it for, but feel free to PM me and maybe we can work on something. If not, no biggie.

Joe.

Yes, that I know it's a French version of the Intellivision but a "late" version. It's 220 volt, you need an adaptar to play with it.

As the Peritel Intellivision, I found 5x "Mine Storm 2" since 2001. Last year, I met a collector with 2 carts and 2 Vectrex and a lot of double. He had the units for 30 years and explained me his father bought a Vectrex for him but his father loved so much the Vectrex, his father decided to buy another one. And they organized contest and found the bug to Mine Storm. They contacted the brand and received 2x "Mine Storm 2" carts.... of course, I bought all his collection... ^^

Hmm ... anything in particular you're looking for in trade?

Huge !!! First time I see it. Thanks a lot for sharing it.

Weird the second serial number ^^

I always thought all Peritel..ivisions do have a 2nd serial number.

I was surprised when I saw the photos of your Peritels.

This is the serial number of my Peritel Intellivision... Yes, I know, I have 4... for one week... Last week, I had 2 only. Yesterday, I received my third (bought there is one month ago on eBay France) and last week I found one more.... Since 2001, I found 5 (2 in one month ^^).

Have a look the first serial number, it is really different, could you explain why ?

You really have a lot of console with peritel............compliments.

Hard to know 'cause the console has a different serial number.

If you can 'console also looks serial number of this console, also from France(the console and 'German, modified to work with the system SECAM in France).

Presence was probably the console with different television system (PAL / SECAM) were modified for sale in countries with different television system.

I have this poster from back then... i don't know how much "one of a kind" it is but i've never seen another in the wild other than mine.

I believe they were used in stores, the only time i've seen one was in some pictures from a show on an old magazine of the time, they were used to decorate a stand.

Hmmmm, since it's hard to see a ton of detail on my iPhone, it seems the best course of action might be to send this to my underground lair for further, up close analysis. I must warn you though, while Canada Post is great at delivering items to my home it seems things seem to get "lost" whilst being returned to their original owner. ;)

Thank you all for your welcome

@intvsteve your site has been my daily dose of Intellivision since years :)

@cmart: i'm already packing it up, don't worry :P

Lol! Just make sure you pack it carefully. :)
