+dhe
Common Folks! If two Side Car expansion units go for $900 this practically requires that you pay a gift tax!

If two Side Car expansion units go for $900 this practically requires that you pay a gift tax! yeah, the TP printer sold again as usual for highway robbery pricing, as usual, each time a TP comes up for sale it clocks in around $1k or more, this one was a steal since you got the 32k sidecar basically throw in for free. He has slowly been lowing the price on the CorComp, if it still around near the end of month, I might throw him a low-ball offer and see if he accepts it, just so i can have two of them in my PEB like its designed to. You know a while back you stripped the whitewash paint off and restored the original structure to its beautiful sandstone, removing all the blackened burn marks, but after a few months of it being it's original look, they were forced to start painting it white again. Oh'well.

Oh'well. It acts as a sealant. The stone had to be left to dry after the chemical wash.

Good luck everyone else! Do you want this unit? I mean, I can pick it up and send it to you. You'd need to pay shipping from IA to Toronto, but if you want it, it's not that big of a lift. But why though??? Why that particular piece of hardware? Other stuff has gone up a ridiculous amount recently, but that one in particular seems to be stupidly expensive all of a sudden. Someone show one off in a youtoob or something?

brain
OK, no worries, but if someone sees an item and wants it, but the seller won't ship there, feel free to reach out. As long as all I have to do is slap a label on it and send it on, I can probably swing that. 1

I did show off my thermal printer at the 2 minute mark in my YouTube video, but it only got 80 views so it can't be the reason.

I have seen Atari 2600 and Commodore 64 reproduction boxes, too. There is a market for original boxes, but who seriously thinks rotted, falling apart, water-damaged boxes are desirable??
