+Schmitzi
great, Metallica was one of my favourite groups in former times And AC/DC, WhiteSnake, Kiss, VanHalen, Motörhead and and and. But also really all other musicgenres, too. Just a matter of daytime & mood
+OLD CS1
Now then, If anyone requires a curve ball Zep cover, how about this one, Sheryl Crow doing Rock and Roll, I was never really a big fan of hers-but she is damn fine on this version and she looks a lot better than "Percy" Plant too!!!!! Yeah, but only using one square of toilet paper leaves a stain in my mind.

+Ksarul
Considering that the cartridge file for that one exists for the TI, that is a very good find, Schmitzi! We could even use the graphic to recreate a TI-style manual for it. . .since the original was either never that far along or it didn't survive.
+Schmitzi
ah OK, but this was a random thing boredom so here is my "original" .. I found it in my "Compute!"-folder, while searching for their DSK-files which I don´t have (hint hint) Mouse Attack ad (unknown date).pdf

Omega-TI
Oh wow, this is bad! A friend sent me this in an email... It's WAAAAAAAY of topic (so it's okay here), but it's kind of funny... in a warped sort of way.
+mizapf
For those of you who did not want to get up early or who live on the other side of the globe ... here's this morning's "highlight". wyerd
Here's the same Moon shot with my Canon 70-200mm L (no IS) with 1.6x crop factor as it's attached to a 50D over Sampson State Park, NY at around 23:00 last night. Been here for almost a week in the camper as our Newfoundland dog was exhibited in the 4 day show which finished yesterday. His best place was best of opposite in the best of breed section which we were really pleased. I'll be back to normal service for me here once I get back home later today.
+mizapf
Here's one more picture, a stack of four consecutive shots, unsharp masking, crop to 3200x2400. Note how the moon traveled against the stars in the background during that time (90 seconds, at 04:55 UTC+2). The difficult thing is that with long focus, you cannot expose too long, or the stars will become lines. Also, the moon will look blurred because of that movement. In addition, the moon is slightly "slower" than the stars because it travels counterclockwise around Earth while Earth rotates in the same sense, but 28 times faster. The first picture has an exposure time of 2.5 seconds, the fourth one has 1 second; all with ISO 1600.
+OLD CS1
Unfortunately, last night was overcast here. To my chagrin the weather has been inclement here for that last few really cool celestial events.
Opry99er
Cloudy as hell here too. I even drove 20 miles west to try and get away from the cloud cover... No dice.
Omega-TI
Not exactly a Chicago-Sized event in Portland today, but it was fun. Sorry the photo did not come out better, I tweaked it as much as I could.
