+davidcalgary29
Okay...who's had enough of those same-old 'vs.' threads comparing raw computing power? This, people, is purely about looks. Not graphics. Not sound. And not, er, about paraphilia! Just good ol' styling While I love the A8 line to death, and feel that the 800 should be in the Smithsonian, its beige-and-brown colour never fails to remind me of a Harvey's burger joint, circa. 1978. After much thought, I vote for the Sinclair QL. Pretty!
Seob
I vote the commodore pet 200. Straight out of the future.
Austin
The silver TI-99/4A computer looks pretty nice. Can't quite say the same for the beige one though.
carlsson
I still think the best looking (out of those which are reasonably well known) is the Oric Atmos. However I think they uglified the design of the much rarer follow-up Oric Telestrat, despite it has the same general colour scheme:

Algus
You'll be the envy of Americans everywhere with the sleek but sexy look of the ZX Spectrum x2 Now you'll be ready for a soccer match followed by Peter Davison in Doctor Who
Gregory DG
Yes, the XL line. I like the look of the 1200XL (or 1400XL) a bit better than the 800 XL. Looks more substantial. Also, the XE line is nice too. Especially the 130XE...

atarian63
Any from the XL line. could someone kindly post a 1450xld pic?
Rybags
From Atari I'd rank 1200XL, 600XL, 800. From C= I'd probably agree on the PETs with their integrated monitor. Ideal prop piece for any 70s/80s Sci-Fi show. Plus4 is also a nice machine, although the cursor arrows are a right pain to use.
+save2600
Commodore PET & Plus/4, TI-99/4A, TRS80 Model III/IV, Amiga 1000, Atari 520 ST and the Mega series, Atari 400 and 800 all get my vote for some of the sexiest! Really like the looks of the Apple ][GS as well.

108 Stars
Never played on it back in the day, the graphics are bad ugly, and the sound horrible. But the cheap plastic look with its rubber keyboard and the rainbow has style.^^

rivercityrandom
I always thought the Sinclair ZX81 (Timex Sinclair 1000) was a beautiful-looking piece of kit, even if it only had 2 KB of RAM and using the keyboard was like programming the world's most complicated microwave oven...
karokoenig
Definetly the SX64 for me: It looked sexy, it felt sexy, and when you carried that heavy POS for a few yards each day, you built up sexy muscles.
