Thanks for the post, what a fun series! It is fun to play all the other releases of this classic on other platforms. Although NEO GEO MVS/AES versions will always be supior, this is a very capable and fun port for sure! Happy Gaming!

Which begs the question: In addition to Fatal Fury, which other games feature a specific current date mentioned within their narratives? I have seen some games indicate "present time" or set their stories in far future or past years; however, this date was listed less than a year projected into the future (I believe it was released in November 1991).
