ColecoGamer Posted November 8 Share Posted November 8 Did anyone else pre-order Captain Barrel? I chose the Neo Geo CD version. I love it on Switch, so I’ll definitely enjoy it on Neo Geo. I still can only make it to the end of Stage 2, which has a giant pirate as a boss character. He kicks my butt every time I fight him! What a great game, though. I made this pre-order my last purchase of the year. I ordered the following and I am waiting patiently for these Neo Geo games to arrive: Project Neon (MVS) Vengeance Hunters (MVS) Daemon Claw (MVS) Gladmort (Dreamcast) Captain Barrel (Neo Geo CD) Neo Drift Out (Neo Geo CD) I think that’s all of them. I could buy a car for that kind of money or just invest it for something that would benefit me for retirement instead. Yes, Neo-Geo AES collecting has been said to be a good investment, but that's was for a very niche market that will sit for awhile until there's a buyer. Yikes! That's just so much to spend for it. But I respect others decision and glad they done so for themselves.
