majestyx
Is there something I have to do to get this to run in Classic99? From what I've read in this thread, I'm supposed to be using the Backwards file, but when I try it (and the other one), I still only get select 1 for TI BASIC, nothing else. I'm using the first file that was posted on page 6.

Tursi
Or rename the file to end with "3.BIN" so Classic99 can autodetect it without the INI entry. (ie: backwardsgamecart3.bin)

Greg I pulled four 27C040 EPROMs from a phone system last week. These seem to be 512k... now I just need a burner (and to blank them)... and the 512k cart. +Ksarul
Has there been any progress on building the 512K Educational cart image? I suspect many of the reading ones won't work, just because they used too many GROMs. Most of the math carts should though. . .

Everything is working except Early Learning Fun, and that's got me stumped. If I can't figure it out I might just take it off the menu. +Ksarul
Neat! My boys love the various math cartridges, so they will be happy with this one!
dphirschler
Nice collection! Aren’t there more educational carts than that? I’d suggest grouping them by subject, or perhaps by level. +Lee Stewart
... What’s the difference between Decimals and Decimals-1? Darryl Different companies. The first was Milliken and the second, Scott-Foresman. The latter company tended to use level numbers. ...lee

Gazoo
Well, the other Computer Math Games dumps didn't work, but I managed to add Number Bowling. Here's the cart. Same as before, Backwards file for Classic99 and normal Rom file for burning. 512kEducart.zip Enjoy! Gazoo
I found a small bug in the Educational Cart Rom. When fctn9 was pressed from the menu to quit, it didn't reset the correct Rom bank and the menu selection would disappear until the console was power cycled. That has been corrected and the file has been replaced in the original message. Go up ^ 4 messages to the original message. Sorry for the inconvenience. +Ksarul
Thanks! I was actually going to try the Educational module as my first test of the EPROM burner, so your correction is timely. . .
+OLD CS1
I have not been able to find a list of educational cartridges by equivalent grade level. Anyone know if such a list exists and where I can find it?
