The case was so thin, that the shrinkwrapping had actually warped it, it had a busted tab, and the disc had been flopping around. I've found what works best honestly, is to put them in the paper sleeves, and then slide them in the case. I know it seems silly... but it does work. I've bought movie DVDs (new) and they've been like that.
