Cheap, effective, worry-free, and customizable for each system with scissors and tape! I had one covering the entire system, monitor, drives, systemsaver. And it sucks even more nowadays, when the stuff is old and it's more the UV light rather than the dust that mandates a dust cover or a dark storage room. ANYTHING to help slow down or stop the ugly yellowing. magnusfalkirk Posted September 13, 2014 Share Posted September 13, 2014 Back in the day, 1981, I had an Apple II+ that I had hooked up to my portable tv because I couldn't afford a monitor. I had a dust cover for it that I bought when I bought the computer. Granted it wasn't a IIe but it was a fitted dust cover and I was happy to have it. When I stepped up to the IIe a few years later I didn't bother with dust cover. Just my two cents worth.
