davey_b
With the new batch of skunkboards now out, i'm able to start doing some Jag coding, but i'm a mac man. Is the source for the transfer software around anywhere, or do I need to reverse engineer the pc software and build it myself?
JagChris
Did you try here? http://www.harmlesslion.com/cgi-bin/showprog.cgi?search=skunkboard
JagChris
I think Belboz already has an OSX for skunkboard done. Look here: http://www.hillsoftware.com/files/atari/jaguar/ I think its the ' osx-jcp.zip ' you are looking for.
JagChris
I think he already has a Jaguar dev environment as well for OSX if I'm seeing that right. 'jagdevosxx86.zip '
+af0l
Has anyone ha dany luck running osx-jcp lately? I had it working, but since Sierra (and High Sierra) it fails misearably: $ ./jcp dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/local/lib/libusb-0.1.4.dylib Referenced from: /Users/andrej/Downloads/jagdevosx 2/jaguar/bin/./jcp Reason: no suitable image found. Did find: /usr/local/lib/libusb-0.1.4.dylib: mach-o, but wrong architecture /usr/local/lib/libusb-0.1.4.dylib: stat() failed with errno=1 /usr/local/lib/libusb-0.1.4.dylib: mach-o, but wrong architecture /usr/local/Cellar/libusb/1.0.21/lib/libusb-1.0.0.dylib: mach-o, but wrong architecture /usr/local/Cellar/libusb/1.0.21/lib/libusb-1.0.0.dylib: mach-o, but wrong architecture Abort trap:
+af0l
Nevermind, goit it working by using libusb-compat. At least I hope so, will test with skunk tomorrow.
doc_block
Yeah, I did "brew install libusb-compat" and then built jcp from source. Works perfectly on macOS 10.13.
+af0l
My problem was that I was using a prebiult jcp which only wanted the i386 version of libusb. So I had to fix the formula for brew. Only then It hit me, that I might be able to find the source for jcp
