Omega-TI
Okay, you might have a point that it's not just for low-ambition game players. But you have to admit it's single RS-232 is not exactly 100% compatible (V1 or V2) and has some issues. I was eventually forced into the TI-PEB because of issues with three separate units. In the long run, I'm very happy with my Sherman Tank of a TI.
firepod
Yeah for me, i'd rather start off with the most compatible components since I am just getting my feet wet. Looking forward to getting a new TI and hopefully a good PED setup. Now I need to look in to some of those cards that stargunner was talking about. firepod
Some of you warned me from the get go that I'd want a ti 99/4a as well as the Classic99 and I have to say you were correct, so I just purchased one off of Ebay and it should be here later this week!!!!
