Flashback Overlays: Intellivision Productions & Psycho Stormtrooper

I don't see the value even if they are the P.S. overlays. Sure, they could be described as "rare" in the strictest sense, but come on - they're a hobbiest creation from only a few years ago at best.

Maybe I'm just a stickler for commercial retail or something. I hope Keith and co. flood the market with overlays to dampen some of the vultures.

Because it's not the original Orphan Overlay and they are trying to pass off one of the newer Flashback ones as a rare original.

The original looks like this:

Just correcting myself...still overpriced IMHO, but the Spiker and Stadium Mud Buggies overlays in those auctions are probably legit. I checked the loose ones I have and the following list 'Intellivision Productions Inc' at the top:

Chip Shot

LF1

LF2

Mountain Madness

Pole Position

Slam Dunk

Slap Shot

Thin Ice

Tower of Doom

I also have Carnival that DOESN'T say it at the top, just the Psycho Stormtrooper.

I've had these loose ones for a while, so I'm guessing there were variations among the various Series of Orphan Overlays.

Very strange, I got an answer pretty quickly within 24 hours…they may be swamped with orders…something they may not have seen in awhile. I got an email today to order more!

Maybe they do not answer europeans? I really dont know, but its very strange that it takes that long to confirm a order. Again: Does anybody has other was of contacting them? Meanwhile I wrote THREE Mails and heard nothing and its just not nice. When I dont hear from them before the PayPal protection ends I think I have to stark a PP Claim :(

I sent two messages in the past week to <comments@intellivisionlives.com>, and Mr. Robinson responded within 24 hours on both counts.

I'm pretty sure he is checking his e-mail frequently and seems very eager and disposed to attend to order questions.

If you haven't received a response it's probably because it got lost, or was sent in error somewhere else. Perhaps you should try again.

Yeah, I sent an email the day after the Cyber Monday debacle to the email address Intellivision Productions provided. I never heard back either.

I'll just file a claim with PayPal if the overlays don't show up.

if you clicked on the contact link tgat day it had a typo. Wrong email address

Nope, I sent it to the adress they gave us in this thread: sales@intellivisionlives.com

I will try it again with comments@....

I could hardly imagine this even if I just had written one single mail, but so far I wrote three and all to the correct adress "sales@".

I think it's more likely that there is a delay or a technical or clerical error, rather than Mr. Robinson ignoring your comments. Especially in light of him having responded to so many other requests.

I don't know about that address, but I've seen Mr. Robinson post a few times in the thread asking people to report problems at <comments@intellivisionlives.com>.
