Cleaned out a garage sale weekend before last.  91 2600, NES, Genesis, SNES, PS1, N64, GC, Xbox, PS2 & 360 games.

Nice! I haven’t found any cartridge games at a garage sale in years.

Me neither.  It was just luck that i even came across that yard sale.  An older couple at another yard sale heard me asking about games & mentioned that they had been to a yard sale earlier where they thought there were some games.  I figured if anything there might be some Xbox 360, PS3 & Wii games.  Completely surprised that, not only did he have a good bit of cartridge games, but that nobody else had snagged them.

My latest arrivals...

Books (276).jpg

Nintendo GameBoy (15).jpg

That book is really neat! I'm guessing I have everything that is NOT in it, lol!

Somehow, I wanna bet that it covers the DECO Cassette Arcade cabinet. If not, it should have, that was whacky and cool a LOT of really good games.

Just need Beamrider and Ghostbusters now!

Congrats, it took three years for me to find that one. Just to make things worse, there are two Ghostbuster boxes, a standard and a larger one.

Now,  is it just me or does the logo on the hat look small?  It is nicely embroidered,  just seems small..(Or maybe I'm making a Mount Fuji out of a molehill (heh))

The 5200 I mainly bought because the case is complete.  It's dirty and I highly doubt it works but,...one thing at a time...

Got a new CRT off of Kleinanzeigen (basically Germany's Craigslist) that plays better with light guns

It's an obscure piece of video editing software from 1996 designed for use with Windows 95 and NT 4.0. The price was reasonable, and I didn't see it on archive.org so I figured I'd take the plunge and purchase this sealed copy for preservation sake.

I find it particularly interesting given how the "home video" boom didn't really start until the 2000s; this was a little before that time, and I imagine this type of software was considered high end for its day.

Does anyone remember using it?

Can't say that I have ever seen that before but that copy looks pristine!

Indeed, I got quite lucky with it. I almost don't want to open this one in hopes that a used copy will appear on eBay so I can use that instead.

I'm a bit torn, given that I'm almost certain this software hasn't been preserved online and would really like to dump the CD.

I've been on some buying sprees lately for sure...

Bought about 20 albums (Ambient and Thrash mostly),  just a few shown.  The Mr. Bungle is on Transparent Smoke Red vinyl, so different than the usual...

What sports car could that rear window cover fit?  HMmmmm...(More on this later)...

Plus Jurassic Park and Judge Dredd for SNES,  and Wizards & Warriors III and Cool World for NES...

And some more...Comics from the 80's,  Alien Abduction,  A Retro Tink Knock-Off (I have 2 real ones too), A HORI Wing Commander (For NES Not Famicom!), a controller to go with my PC Engine Shuttle, and my Atari order came in!   WooHoo!  :)
