Cruiser7
Quite some years ago, I downloaded pictures of the character "Savage Snow" from the website for Atari's Area 51 video game. I can't remember the url, and I seriously doubt the site is around these days. Can anyone help me track down those pictures again? Thanks. Nukey Shay
I dunno...did you try using the internet wayback machine to see if any url's pop up? http://www.archive.org/web/web.php And the sprites can be ripped using Mame (download the game from http://www.mame.dk - you need to be registered to do this) What were the filenames of the .gif images? You can search google using those.

I do not remember the names of the graphics files, but am pretty sure that "Savage" and/or "Snow" was part of it. Can you direct me to some information on how to rip sprites from MAME? It sounds like it is more than just the screen cap function and that it just might fit the bill. Thanks again for the help. There's nothing quite like kindness from strangers who are fellow Atari fans. C7
