tevvy
This is amazing! At least it is from my perspective, being that person who knows absolutely nothing about coding for the 2600. All kidding aside, though, this is a great hack. Have you gotten the other startup music implemented yet? I only ask because the Ms. Pacman music seems out of place with the Pacman graphics, and the normal Atari Pacman start sound qualifies as ear-rape in my opinion. Anyway, I hope you keep up the good work while I see if I can beat my (terrible) score of 11,340!
VectorGamer
I did a video of this a while ago https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MEONDyphy_A It's fun to play. My recommendation is to punch holes in some of the walls so Pac-Man has multiple paths to the energizers. The red maze I wouldn't make any changes at all. +atari2600land
Well, I guess I should go back to work on this! I forgot about it myself. Thanks for the compliments. I never did get the Pac-Man music in, so that should be the first thing I do once I continue working on this.
+atari2600land
Changed the intro tune. What do you think? pacman2r.bin 1
TrekMD
I like it. It's new but you can still hear that inspiration from Pac-Man.
