Austin
It's awesome. I have an older model, the Everdrive MD. I don't think this specific version supports Game Genie but I've never tried (I don't use GG). There are newer revisions out, as well as the Mega Everdrive which is probably the way to go. Compare the features between the two on Krikzz's website. Either way, it's totally worth it. You can't ask for much more when you've got an entire system's library at your fingertips, running on original hardware.
Opry99er
Just stumbled across it today. Looks like a dream come true. Krikzz has it at $140.00 ouch!!!
Austin
It's worth it though. Do it!
zylon
I've ordered one and it should be in soon. I have only been a passive genny player so it is the way to go for me.
+sm3
Who has one? Opinions? Can it be used with Game Genie? Price new and used? I have one and can recommend it. I don't use Game Genie so can't say anything about that. For US based folks I can recommend: http://www.stoneagegamer.com/everdrive-md.html They shipped rather quickly once the order was placed and the cartridge I received was well made and works great! I purchased the "Mega Everdrive" from a place in Canada that I can't recommend, unfortunately the name escapes me at the moment. Took them forever to ship and the quality wasn't there like the one from Stone Age Gamer. Update: The place in Canada I can't recommend is called gamersection.com. OldSchoolRetroGamer
NO you cannot use game Genie carts with flashcarts / Everdrives. Some Everdrives have their own built in cheat code options but because of the way they work you cannot use them in combination with actual Game Genies. I have heard from various sources everything from they do not work to can actually screw up your Everdrive if you plug them into a Game Genie and power up. I do not have details or specifics as I am not about to try it myself lol.

Later Everdrive models may have this as well. My early Everdrive MD does not, I believe, but the Mega Everdrive might have it.
Greg2600
Just stumbled across it today. Looks like a dream come true. Krikzz has it at $140.00 ouch!!! That's for the Mega Everdrive. The standard Everdrive MD is half that price ($78), and V3 does support Game Genie. Also supports most SMS games and all 32X only games. chuckwalla
I received one this week from Stoneagegamer.com and so far it's been playing all the game roms perfectly (http://www.stoneagegamer.com/everdrive-md-deluxe.html). I don't have a game genie anymore so I don't know if it will work with the Everdrive. Even though I sold off my boxed Genesis collection a few years ago (including both copies of MUSHA, Sparkster, Truxton, Zombies Ate My Neighbors, and Gunstar Heroes), all of those games run perfectly on the Everdrive. If you can get it, do so, it's great to have the Genesis library on one cart.
chuckwalla
Who has one? Opinions? Can it be used with Game Genie? Price new and used? With the Everdrives you don't need a Game Genie cartridge. You just enter the Game Genie code(s) manually in the 'Cheat' option or use a .txt file with the Genie code in a separate folder for each game on the SD card. It's fantastic to use.
