The Moon and Mars go to war over what remains of the Earth. Who wins, you decide by playing Millennium 2.2. John and Aaron check out this off world management sim for the Amiga.

Was this the sim for you?

Great review and a good looking game, especially for the time that this came out.  Definitely could have used some more play modes and/or scenarios to try and do.  However, considering what all this game has to offer, it looks to be very much worthy of a go and somewhat of a hidden gem?  Anyway, take care and keep up the great work gents.

Did you miss this week's live stream review of Metal Gear on the Amiga? It is now up on YouTube.
See the full review here: https://youtu.be/CESXoVY_SEI
Audio only version is also available: https://anchor.fm/amigospodcast

Very good video.  Definitely lots of people probably think the Metal Gear series started on the Playstation and/or NES.  Hard to believe that the MSX was a rival to the NES/Famicom for a brief time.  Still, definitely it is really cool that this was ported to the Amiga, and would imagine it could be done to the ST as well.  Anyway, take care fellas and best of luck going forward.

Step back in time with a retro racing game on a retro gaming system. This is an interesting one, not the slickest of racers but it does have some lite sim elements. See what you think.

If you are looking for a Lotus style racer then look elsewhere but this mild garage sim could provide you with a few hours of under the hood tinkering.
John and Aaron are together on a regular show for the first time in over a year.

Positively loved Street Rod, though I played more Street Rod 2 and the original.  Was lucky to beat the first game, but couldn't for the life of me master the road course in sequel.  Definitely Street Rod 2 would be good to visit sometime as it was, honestly, different but more of the same as Street Rod 2.

Isometric games were quite common on the 8 bits but did 16 bit users want to see them on their systems?

Definitely looks like a really good isometric game on the 'ole Amiga.  Granted, it has its quirks as a lot of isometric games do.  Still, looked like a real winner and would be interesting to see if there are any other good isometric games on the Amiga yet to be reviewed?  Regardless, take care fellas and keep up the great work.

Hardball II gets an Amiga review this week. Hmm, what is Hardball and how does it differ from similar sports?

Universe on the Amiga offered graphical trickery and a story from another world.... Is this point and click adventure worthy of your time?

This week the Amigos take on the role of an investigator at the KGB. Will they get to the truth about this Amiga game?
You will also find the usual round up of the week's Amiga news.

The episode this week highlights a seemingly pretty competent point and click adventure.  Definitely a nice episode and look forward to the next one.

Submerge yourself in the world of Submarine warfare with Silent Service on the Amiga. A very early game for the machine, how did it fare?

Another good episode, but this game is just not a winner and clearly outside of any medal.
