Fletch
Recently I posted some public domain disks of Music Studio SNG files and whilst working on that I discovered that many of my disks no longer seem to read, Tonight I figured I should go through my public domain disks and archive what I can before none of them read. Disks are from BRE and PDC as well as a couple from Start Magazine. After several hours of disk swapping amongst two STs and a Falcon, I was able to archive about 3/4 of the PD disks that I have. The other 1/4 refused to read in either of the STs, three different external drives, or the Falcon. I'll look at them again some other evening as my enthusiasm level has hit zero. Here is a list of what is in the archive: (There is also the disk from Compute's 2nd Book of Atari ST included, but it is not complete because only 2/3 of the disk seemed to read) BRE_0057 - GRAPHICS - 'TEASE ME' ADULT AEGIS ANIMATIO R-RATED BRE_0065 - MUSIC STUDIO SONGS BRE_0174 - MUSIC STUDIO SONGS - 68 MUSIC STUDIO SONGS BRE_0175 - MUSIC STUDIO SONGS - 63 MUSIC STUDIO SONGS BRE_0176 - MUSIC STUDIO SONGS - 65 MUSIC STUDIO SONGS BRE_0328 - MUSIC STUDIO SONGS - 68 MUSIC STUDIO SONGS BRE_0359 - GAMES - GAUNTLET : ELVES '87 BRE_0363 - APPLICATIONS - FOUR MUSIC STUDIO PLAYER PROGRAMS MAZE EDIT FOR MIDI MAZE ELECTRONIC JIGSAW PUZZLE BRE_0475 - GAMES SIXTY - WERTY'S HOUSE OF HORROR : BUBBLE : WORMWAR : MOUSE PLAYTHING BRE_0646 - GDOS FONTS - APPLE : GARAVELLI : STILETTO : LASER BRE_0736 - MOTERM V1.4 - FULL FEATURED SHAREWARE TERMINAL PROGRAM BRE_0771 - A DAY AT THE THE RACES DEMO BRE_0792 - D&D PROGRAMS - CITY MAKER: AD&D CHARACTER GENERATOR: CHARACTER GENERATOR PROGRAM BRE_0810 - SHEET V2.5P - SHAREWARE SPREADSHEET BRE_0903 - STOS GAMES - CHRISTMAS SMOG : ROOKIE : GHOST MINE : FOREST FIRE BRE_0984 - GRAPHICS PROGRAMS - SLICK V1.1 : GIFSHOW : VIEWGIF 0.8 BRE_0987 - ARC/LZH UTILITES BRE_1043 - PORTFOLIO UTILITIES BRE_1047 - GAMES - BELLUM : GRAND PRIX : STRATHELLO : GRAMPA HOWARD MYSTERIES ADVENTURE 1 BRE_1241 - ARC UTILITIES - EXTRACTOR : ST ZIP 1.1 : ZIP SHELL PDC_1 - PDC DISK CATALOG 1991 PDC_673 - ST WRITER ELITE - ATARIWRITER FOR THE ST PDC_692 - ULITITY 3 - CALCULATORS : TIME AND DATE PDC_864 - SNOWMAN - AUIDIO/VISUAL DEMO FROM THE SNOWMAN START_5.6 - FEBRUARY 1991 START MAGAZINE DISK START_5.7 - APRIL/MAY 1991 START MAGAZINE DISK PD_DISKS.ZIP

Zap!
I used to get those disks in the mail all the time in the early 90's, thanks for the memories! I have one labeled "#1096 Samantha Fox Demo 2" from PDC. Still works if anyone wants it. I also have "#142 House of the Rising Sun" which sadly is corrupted.
