oesii
107F is not very hot for an XP. I have the same chip and my computer has been on all night, my current cpu temp is 48C/118F. The Athlons get a little more hot than Pentiums but a good heatsink/fan and maybe 1 or 2 extra case fans should be all you need. Here's a whole forum topic on temps, which normally range from 45-60C: http://www.hardwareanalysis.com/content/topic/1877/
Punisher5.0
107F is actually very cool for a XP proc. I wouldn't worry about it. The processors in Jaguar actually get much hotter than that.
walter_J64bit
Thanks Im going to put my Volcano 7 fan and heatsink on it to see if I can get it even more cooler
Atariman
two Athlon MPs are even worse... I could hang a tray of water on the back of my computer and have a nice sauna instead of a dorm room... (power supply is something like 400W, though... so that could be part of it too)
