kruuth
HI guys. I'm trying to clean up my NES and my SNES machines. Right now though the only peroxide I could find of any real strength was this "cream peroxide developer" and it has the consistency of shampoo. Has anyone used this stuff at all? So far I've had the shell in the sun for about 2 hours and am not seeing any effect.
kruuth
Nevermind. Stuff took off after about 3 hours. Looks bright and new now. Does clearcoat help keep it from yellowing again?
CatPix
Depends. If yellowing was due to the sun, nope. If it's due to a chemical instability (yellowing happened even inside the system) then it might help, but it will yellow again over time, as heat also cause yellowing. And then the retrobrite stufff wouldn't work on it again I think?
