christo930
There are prototype versions of Bump N' Jump and Burger Time for the Colecovision that I think were created by Mattel (IIRC). Does anyone know if these were simple victims of the crash or if there was some sort of legal issues. Both of these games were available by Coleco, but both games were also available by Mattel for the Intellivision. The only problem I see in the BT prototype is a lack of sound when you spray your pepper, but in some ways I think it's superior to the Coleco version. Bump N' Jump seems to be complete. They are both well made games, unlike what Coleco did to games released for the Intellivision (and Atari for that matter). In some ways the Mattel version of BT is actually better than the coleco branded version. Does anyone know why these were never released? wolfy62
Try contacting Keith Robinson at Intellivision productions, he may have the answer.
Tempest
I believe they were just victims of the crash and Mattel sold them off to Coleco to release.
