Brenski's Atari [related] Video Mashups

been messing around with some Atari ideas and mashing them into retro TV

here's my first "for fun" effort

  • XL bit seemed an obvious "fit" to the chosen TV show
  • the changeover from B&W to colour (TV21 re-recorded this ONE episode into colour)
  • the transition seemed a suitable tip of the hat to Atari's cutting edge colour
  • the "moon" and "mars" bits had to be forced in at the right moments
  • high-speed disk load before the opening "Steve Zodiac" voice intro
  • vinyl music...i like the idea of blending new and old

Just ask the moderator of this forum, or Al. They should probably help.

No other comments for Fireball XL5? I mean this is Garry Anderson, the creator of Thunderbirds and Supercar!!

Oh yeh, I have started a blog on here for Space Patrol which has a lot of the fun of Fireball XL5, and came out about the same time.

Ok, so my input would be when the song says "We'll make our way to Jupiter" use photaqe from Gyruss showing that you are warping to Jupiter instead of Neptune.

Glad Star Raiders made an appearance!

I intended to get some shots from "Jupiter Mission" but couldn't find any
