Buried in posts related to the the early days of IntyBASIC are links to this handy tool from Arnauld Chevallier:

For visual people like me, he has updated the Card editor tab to support generating IntyBASIC BITMAP statements so you can quickly copy and paste right into your code.

Is there a way to make stuff and just save the image only? And not worry about the code aspect?

You can create them in paint (its a crappy art package I know). Just use black for the background colour and white for the foreground colour. Then give them to the programmer to bring them to life. Draw them as 8x8 or 8x16 (w x h).
