spawnshop
I have a question about a CX-22 Trak-ball that I recently purchased. The ball movement seems to be OK (a little jumpy in joystick mode in Centipede and Vanguard, but not sure if the games are just made like that....) but the fire buttons don't really work. But when i pull the top cover off and press the actual PCB buttons, they work, but sporadically. Why would they work when pushing them directly, but not with the button? Do you think replacing the fire button PCBs would be the way to go?? Maybe replace the springs too??
chas10e
I would think the nub on the bottom of the plastic button is worn , could also be some dirt or something under the dome contact I haven't taken my cx-80 apart really ... but bought it NIB a few years ago
