Petition for Piggy Bank

Recommended Posts

Above my pay grade, I'm way out of practice. Been years. I see a Mod Sears on ebay right now. LOL

I posted the Intvwiki composite video mod board in the forum. This way you can print the circuit board at oshpark.com for cost. I use it on my Sears and it looks pretty good.

Would like some pointers regarding what is the best way to jump when there is another object immediately above you. I have made it to level 10 four or five times, but that gauntlet of such platform jumps is killing me. I have been seriously scrutizing the similar setup in the first half of level 5. To the best I can tell, being on the far edge and pressing fire and the disc at the exact same time is the technique most likely to work but is still far from guaranteed.

on level 10, I walk and time it very near the edge.

As I've heard from the "people familiar with the matter," you just gotta get the Piggy really close to the edge, and move+jump in the direction you want. (Actually, the "people familiar with the matter" typically just respond with "it's tough, deal with it!" but they have softened over time.)

It works, but it's a pain. I can tell you that once you find that magic spot and get the timing correct, it'll work (almost) every time. At that point Piggy becomes a lot more fun! :)

... or so I've heard. What do I know.

Thanks a bunch for doing so much work so quickly on this and making it available. Mine arrived yesterday, and I can tell already what a neat, fun game Piggy Bank is. Amazing that you were able to crank this out so fast and have fun with it at the same time. Great job

It was enough fun to make the team want to do it again...thanks so much for the feed back. Love seeing people playing the game.

Can't wait to see what you release at Portland next year. My sources tell me 2016 PRGE is going to be a big Intellivision bash. Everyone should be planning on going...

I am happy to inform that I have received my copy of Piggy Bank and I played it during the weekend. This is a great game and reminds me a little bit of the Mario vs Donkey Kong series of puzzle-platformers. Great job and thank you for developing it.

I am looking forward to future BBWW releases. Cheers.
