Rob Mitchell
My power switch is a little flaky so I finally got at it by removing the silver bezel off the black keyboard. There are seven lock discs which are relatively easy to remove with good needle nose pliers. You squeeze the little tabs together to lift the discs off the silver posts. After removing all seven lock discs, the silver bezel separates off easily to reveal the two screws which hold the power switch in place. Using needle nose pliers, I removed the contact board from the switch, sanded the dirty contacts and the contact plate to make them shiny, applied dielectric grease to the metal surfaces, reassembled and good to go. Easy to do. I made the mistake of assembling the switch backwards, see this pic for the correct way.
