Stoopid Rosa got boned on fees hopefully. I assume in order for the bidder to leave positive feedback, both parties have to complete the transaction first? It's the neutral and negs that needs time to pass first (minimum 7 days IIRC), and all feedback gets blocked or removed if the seller does UID so if this scammer tries to get his $50 fee refunded, he will lose that fake positive.
