Those are the inserts for the gatefold boxes (the ones that don't have the fitted cardboard cart slot). Sorry if that's confusing...some of the gatefolds need the insert but later ones were re-engineered to not require the insert.

 

The inserts come in handy. I have lots of games missing them.
