Boots up official Sega game fine. Comes with 3rd party red controller and 3rd party blue memory card. No game, and no video cable. It is easily modded for VGA/RGB out or you can buy modern adapter off eBay cheap. I can't test this 100%, there seems to be nothing I can use for dialing up to check the modem and I don't have anything for serial port.
