AtarinDave
I know this forum may seem a little overdue. But I think it's time that this was said on Atariage. I was first introduced with Halo playing splitscreen with some buds on Thanksgiving day. We played Halo 3, and played it for hours. That got me hooked on the whole franchise itself. When Halo 4 came out, my love for the series increased, my brothers and friends used to have Halo parties in which I would participate. We ended up laughing our tales off, and enjoy taking each other down. A couple of years later, Halo 5: Guardians is announced, and over time we hear that it has no splitscreen. Now I understand they want it to look smooth, and top of the line, but this is a tragedy in gaming. While 343i is trying to compete with COD, Gears of War, etc. the no splitscreen will bring them down without a doubt. How can they expect me to buy two Xbox Ones, and two copies of Halo 5? Okay, rant over, what are your thoughts? -Dave
Austin
Pretty sure this was already talked about in the Halo 5 thread, but yeah, it's really annoying that there is no splitscreen.
roryjr
Right there with you. Have played split screen with my son since Halo 1. Now I can't? "Not right. Not pleasant."
