+eebuckeye
I just bought a Genesis 1 and tried my composite cable that I use for some of my computers. Fits great but no picture. What kind of cable do I need? I see a few on eBay and they only have mono audio out. Is that the only option for Genesis 1? My Genesis 1 does not say "high definition graphics" if that makes any difference. Thanks!
chicgamer
You're only going to get mono from the A/V port on the back of the system. The only way to get stereo is to mod the system or use the headphone jack for the audio (you can get either a cable or an adapter for the mini plug to provide RCA audio outputs). Professor Gull
If you are not getting video I would also check the power supply make sure its one used with a Model 1 Genny. Not enough power might mean no picture.

I just have a headphone jack adaptor and run stereo from the front jack. Not the prettiest solution, but a 90 degree angle adaptor looks a little nicer. +-^CrossBow^-
Also a lot more work than the above solutions, but I installed separate RCA jacks on the back of my Genny 1 so I could use standard composite AV cables and get stereo audio as well. Though if you go this route and have the means to display it, you're better off adding S-video to it as well.
