V9T9 FIAD Header

I've been having a hard time finding the V9T9 FIAD header format. The most readable definition I've found so far is in the classic99 source code. Anyone know where there might be a documentation style breakdown of the header?

 

I want to muck with some of the files on my HDX server.. and create some tools to do so.
