Trump Invaders hack wanted!

Yes, Politics & Religion are always the 2 subjects that are always better left undisturbed. Although we do have a handful of Atari 2600 religious games. And Coleco Vision Campaign '84 would be another exception. Feel free to discuss that!

I think politics is acceptable so long as you want to treat Trump or Hillary like cartoon characters to poke fun at. Then its all in good fun. If you want to discuss their policy positions and have a debate on tax reform, immigration reform, etc, or start comparing people to Hitler, then it doesn't belong here.

Not all people are tolerant enough to accept such treatment, especially in the current situation. And then we are into politics.

IMO we should not take that risk.

lol! Good work. I am always against political discussions here :P but that said I just cannot resist the obvious, Trump Invaders is cool for sure but come on, it's obvious isn't it? WHAT ABOUT a "BREAKOUT" hack, called "Keep'em Out!", a hack of the classic ball and paddle game but instead of breaking down the wall you....wait for it........BUILD A WALL! :-D  Haaaa? Haaa? Oh come on now, somebody had to be thinking it. ;)

We need a hack of Atlantis called Atlantic City. You control The Trump Plaza, The Trump Taj Mahal, and Trump's Castle. Your casinos are under attack as Mr.Trump is trying to declare bankruptcy and close your casinos. The game writes itself from there on.

Sort of a necrobump here, but what the hell. My take on the religion/politics thing is this: it's fine to post historical games of dubious politically correct content. For example, those goofy unlicensed bible games on the NES. Outright offensive content like Custer's Revenge and other Mystique content gets a pass too because of its historical relevance. I'd add a certain pornographic SNES game that I don't even want to name to the list too. There's exceptions of course, like some of the nasty racist PC homebrew games out of Europe that we saw in the 90s. They're too incendiary, and though nearly 20 years old lack the historical value of early 80s VCS porn. The 2016 election is dangerous ground. I have strong political views that could pervert these chats, and then we're no longer discussing video games, are we? In the days of everyone getting all of their news at 6PM, no one really cared how their friends and neighbors voted. Now, with social media, it's totally in your face, and can become divisive. We ought to keep this in mind.
