ussexplorer
I remeber looking up this game cabinet and finding out it was not Jamma. I could be full of it. I then read I can convert certain cabinets to Jamma. I have not how ever found any information about converting 1942 to Jamma. Can somebody please help me out. These games seems to still show up at thrift stores once in a while. So Honestly that is my best chance. Thanks, Josh
Cassidy Nolen
Any cabinet can be made into a JAMMA game. I have built cabs from scratch and wired them however I needed to. The pinout for 1942 is : http://www.spies.com/~arcade/boardPinouts/1942.txt Its not JAMMA, but you could rewire it via a small adaptor card to make it fit a JAMMA harness, or vice versa to take JAMMA boards. Just a bit of soldering and a stop at www.therealbobroberts.com for the parts. Cassidy BTW, given the choice, pick a machine with a Wells monitor, not a G07; easier to sync up to lots of boards (the other can be done, its just more finnicky).
