1st gen PS3 w/ remote & 2 controllers

For sale: 1st gen PS3 60gb version, (manufacturer date March 2007). Includes (2) controllers, the PS3 remote, a GE HDMI cable and (1) usb charging cable. Console is in good shape with some slight scratches on top. They are visible but cannot be felt.

 

I used this console for movies, Netflix, and YouTube so I do not know how well the controllers hold a charge. The labels on the back of the controllers are worn. See picture. I have a Smart TV now and no longer have a use for this console.

 

I have reformatted the hard drive so it's "fresh" and ready for action.

Is the disk drive in good shape? As in no issues reading ps1, ps2, ps3, dvd or bluray disks? Also what firmware is it on?

 

EDIT: And yes I'm askng as I'm interested in buying.

System software is 4.76

 

There are no issues with the disk drive. I do not have any PlayStation games to test it with, but the drive does read Blu-ray, regular DVDs, and audio Cd's without issue. I don't see why it wouldn't read PlayStation discs as well.
