That auction first had me do a spit-take in shock at the price and then another immediately afterwards where I doubled over laughing. Can't believe I was nearly asphyxiated by an ebay listing. Just a bit off-topic, but still waiting for a reply from Madtronix about trying to buy an imager and a pen. Have tried a PM through the boards, an email through his site about a month back, and another through his site a couple of days ago. Any recommendations? I think he told me he was making a few more, I told him I'm definitely interested and then it just kinda fizzled out. He did mention other things going on like you said, though.
