TI-99/8 BIOS source code on EBAY?

This just caught my eye on Ebay:

Set of 2 disks:TI-99/8 source files for BIOS, interpreter, remap, interrupt, fast_lo, fast_hi, tboot & sboot
5 1/4 floppy disk Not tested, my drives can't read this format.

There could be anything on those disks, if they are even readable at all. Nonetheless, are these files already out there in the public?
Could this be something for a group buy?

I was looking at these already--but without seeing a file list, it will be hard to compare to see if it includes any source code we don't already have up on WHT. He failed to sell them last week with an $81 starting bid, so he increased it by $12 this week. Usually, he goes in the other direction. . .
