Andromeda Stardust Posted July 29, 2016 Share Posted July 29, 2016 Generally it's the early to mid 90s 4th gen consoles (not by Nintendo) that suffer from plague capacitors. I did have to replace the filter chiclet cap and regulator on my Atari 4-switch when I first got it though. I wouldn't bother with 80s consoles unless you are having symptoms.
