enuffsaid
Hello everybody. I'm about to purchase an Apple Scribe printer. I was wondering if there is a way to print a test page w/o having the printer connected to an Apple computer? Rgds, 'nuff
nicholas042893
Just remember the Scribe used the thermal wax ribbons, so you may have to hunt those down! I'm not sure of what the combination would be, but I'm very certain you can hold down a few buttons as you turn the printer on to have it print a self test page. Most printers will have that, the ImageWriter had one testes if I remember right, but it's been a long time. That's about all the information I can offer. Good luck! enuffsaid
Hello Nicholas, Thank you for your reply. The printer comes with several unused color ribbons still in their original packing. I've decided to buy the printer. Thanks for your guidance.
