RARusk
During the Game Over Classic Gaming Expo in Austin last month I stumbled onto one of these and bought it. This card has an Micro Sd slot and allows you to use various homebrews and emulators on the Nintendo DS. Based on some basic research it appears to be an old card that has been discontinued for some time. However, I wonder if it can still be of some use for my DSi XL and my new 2DS. Although the official software for this is no longer being updated is there any other software that I can use with this to make it possibly work with my units? Welshworrier
Iirc the edge cards were pretty much an R4 card that has the distinction of coming in a triangular box. Last update was in 2010 so the firmware on them predates the launch of the 3ds. Tldr version: edge works on ds only, iedge version works on dsi and ds up to 1.4.2 firmware. No version came out that would work on a 3ds or 2ds. Edited August 14, 2016 by Welshworrier
