Opry99er
That's where I'm at... It'd be over a bill with shipping on the tower and monitor.
Osgeld
I used to work for Compaq during the era of that machine, they were decent for being a commodity computer and built like tanks (course there was a bunch of differentflavors from celerons to 550 K62s which were actually 500mhz with a bump on the multiplier and a drop from 100mhz to 75 on the fsb) And yes saying that one windows 98 machine makes me feel a bit old Edited August 16, 2016 by Osgeld
Mitkraft
Hey cool, I worked at Compaq around that time to! I worked here in Houston from 1998-2001. Did QA for Armada, then Prosignia then Deskpro. I've been watching this thread with interest because I have an older Parckard Bell package I've been thinking about configuring for sale. Good luck and let is know how it goes. Edited August 16, 2016 by Mitkraft
