If Nintendo didn't own the domain (which I'm guessing they do), there's not much they could do about it unless it was being used to profit from Nintendo-owned IP. That's a whole separate thing that people pay extra for. And now that it's been brought to my attention, I'm actually not 100% certain I'll get a "super duper power badge" this year since, I believe, a different person is making them now. One of the organizer's brothers had been doing them in the past, and he'd make custom God Mode badges--as I am just now calling them--for me and a select group of close friends...and he moved to Seattle.
